Currently looking for a full-time RN Charge Nurse for the 7pm – 7am shift. This position works 3 days on
and 4 days off. Comes with full-time benefits. Position reports to the Director of Nursing. Position is
responsible for all direct resident care, provides direction, supervision of staff and evaluation of resident
care. Implements facility policies and coordinates nursing activities with other services provided by
interdisciplinary care team. Looking for an individual who is positive, enjoys working and is a team player.
Housekeeper full-time Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm shift. Responsible for cleaning resident’s apartments and common area in apartment buildings at an acceptable level of housekeeping order and cleanliness, consistent with facility policies, procedures, and standards. Must be at least 18 years of age with a High school diploma or GED. Looking for an individual who is positive, enjoys working and is a team player.
C.N.A – full-time position 7pm – 7am with 3 ½ days on and 4 days off. Is scheduled off every other weekend for three days (Friday-Sunday). Looking for individual with skilled nursing facility background work history, to work in skilled nursing area. Comes with full-time benefits. Looking for an individual who is positive, enjoys working and is a team player.
C.N.A – part-time position every Tuesday 3pm -11 pm. Previous experience preferred. Looking for an individual who is positive, enjoys working and is a team player. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Shift Differential is paid for CNAs and Nurses for second and third shift
Applicants must have current North Carolina Certification for CNA or License for nurses in good standing.
