A.  Baptist Retirement Homes of North Carolina, Incorporated is one of the most respected providers of residential and health care living options for Older Adults.
Q.  What does the Taylor House offer it's residents?
A.  The Taylor House offers the best comprehensive care possible. Services range from medication management, personal laundry services, fresh, home-cooked meals served three times daily, planned activities, outings and other events as well as worship services for those who wish to participate. The Taylor House offers social services, beauty shop services and daily housekeepings. Staff provide transportation to medical appointments and planned shopping trips.
Q.  How do I apply for residency at the Taylor House?
A.  The Taylor House Community strives to keep the application process worry-free. Generally you need to follow the steps listed below:

*Contact The Taylor House staff to schedule a tour.

*Visit the community and talk with the Administrator

*Complete an application and Medical Data Form.
Q.  What is the cost of services? Is financial help available for those who cannot pay?
A.  Financial assistance for prospective residents at the Taylor House Community is available for qualified applicants. Financial assistance is provided via a combination of state/federal progrms and private charitable funds. Baptist Retirement Homes reserves the right to determine whether prospective residents are qualified for financial assistance.
Q.  Do you offer short term placement?
A.  Yes. The Taylor House Community offers a Respite contract if needing short term placement for Assisted Living. If you are going out of town, need a break, or unsure about long-term placement; respite might be a good option. Contact our Administrator obout our short-term respite program.
