Planned Giving

Charitable Gift Annuities - The newest way that you can help Baptist Retirement Homes through a planned gift is through a charitable Gift Annuity.  A charitable gift annuity is similar to a charitable remainder trust but is much simpler in concept and function.  A charitable gift annuity provides a donor with a nice charitable tax deduction and a life income stream that can range from 5% to over 10% based upon the age of the donor.  Please click here to see an illustration of how a charitable gift annuity works.
