 TITLE:                          PART-TIME MARKETING

                                      OUTREACH COORDINATOR

SCHEDULE:                24 hours per week

DESCRIPTION:           Job duties include, but not limited to,

Outside Marketing:  Emphasis on Community Outreach - Must be knowledgeable of local resources.

Inside Marketing -    Able to give tours and assist Marketing Director as needed. 

REQUIREMENTS:     This applicant must possess qualities that produce a friendly disposition, is courteous, and possesses good oral and written communications; experience in public speaking, sales, and public relations; successful marketing background and knowledge of Healthcare is a plus; high school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years of age, or above.

COMPENSATION BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

THIS POSITION IS NON-EXEMPT AND ELIGIBLE FOR OVERTIME.

Western NC Baptist Retirement Home

DESCRIPTION: Head Cook, Fulltime:  seeking a motivated and dependable individual who is well versed in the operation of a large dietary department in a long-term care setting. Individual  must be energetic and have good organizational and people skills. This individual is responsible for the operation of the Dietary Department in the absence of the Dietary Manager and directs and supervises department activities. Job duties would include but not limited to  food production involving planning, monitoring and processing; implementing facility established policies and procedures; ensuring adequate staffing for all food service areas and possessing the knowledge and skills to fill in as necessary. Must know and adhere to rules and regulations in compliance with facility and regulatory agencies.

 

REQUIREMENTS:  Minimum high school graduate with two years or more experience in food service industry.  Must have good organizational skills and proficiency in professional food production, menu development, computer skills in basic programs such as Word and Excel, good people skills and knowledge of ordering and inventory procedures.

 

 

CNA/Med Tech Full Time third shift and part time first shift positions available
